Galley Utility

Part of our galley team on our river vessels, the Utility consistently provides high standards of cleanliness for the crockery. Basic function of the Utility position is that of maintaining absolute cleanliness and tidiness in the galley according to Standard Operating Procedures. The Utility reports to the Executive Chef and Sous Chef.

Qualifications, Experiences & Core Competencies Required

  • Minimum 1 year of work experience.
  • Knowledge of HACCP standards and proper cleaning procedures.
  • Self-organized, disciplined, and reliable.
  • Well-groomed appearance with impeccable hygiene standards.
  • Basic communication English skills.
