In charge of the housekeeping department the Housekeeper leads a team that which is in change for the cleaning and maintenance in immaculate condition of our vessel’s interiors, upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and order in guest staterooms and all public areas, managing inventories, and overseeing the provisioning of supplies, while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications, Experiences & Core Competencies Required

• Relevant experience of at least 3 years in a similar position, within a 4- or 5-Star hospitality environment, river or ocean cruising vessel
• Very Good knowledge of housekeeping operations, systems and operational.
• Ability to efficiently lead and co-ordinate a multinational-teams.
• A guest-centric, service-driven approach, with a positive demeanor and effective coaching skills.
• Leaving Certificate from high-school and/or vocational hospitality school will be considered an advantage.
• Language Proficiency: Proficient in English. The knowledge of German and other international languages will be considered an advantage.
