As part of the Front Office team as the Night Receptionist, you are entrusted with a diverse array of essential tasks aimed at ensuring safety, security, smooth operations and an exceptional guest service experience on board.

Qualifications, Experiences & Core Competencies Required

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional qualifications in hospitality, tourism, or related fields advantageous.
• Prior customer service or night receptionist experience in hospitality or cruise industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills to complete tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in English; fluency in other languages especially German is a plus.
• General knowledge in operating computers, comfortable with MS Office.
